Brittany Pruitt SLP

Brittany Pruitt is a licensed and ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 8 years of experience supporting children and families across schools, clinics, early intervention, and home health settings.

Her areas of focus include early language development, autism spectrum disorders, AAC, and pediatric feeding therapy, with a strong emphasis on functional and individualized care.

She founded Spectrum Sprouts Therapy to provide accessible, family-centered services that help children build meaningful communication skills for everyday life.

Careers at Spectrum Sprouts THERAPY

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Part-time, after school hours and Fridays, with potential to grow into a full-time role.

Responsibilities include providing therapy under SLP supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans, completing documentation in a timely manner, and communicating with families professionally.

Requirements include an active Texas SLPA license, pediatric experience preferred, and strong communication and organization skills.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Flexible position with contract, part-time, or hybrid/remote options available.
